Protect 800 Long-Range Wireless Gate Alarm – Outdoor Receiver with Siren & Flashing Strobe

The Protect 800 Gate Alarm System is a robust long-range (up to 800 m line-of-sight) magnetic gate contact alert designed to secure gates, doors, or roller shutters. It features a weatherproof outdoor receiver with a loud siren and flashing strobe, fully controllable via a long-range remote.

How It Works:
The battery-powered transmitter board is housed in a weatherproof box and communicates with the outdoor receiver up to 800 m away (approximately 400–600 m in most settings). The transmitter, powered by a 3 V CR123A battery (supplied, 12–18 months lifespan), connects to a wired magnetic contact with an armored sleeve. The magnet attaches to the gate, door, or roller shutter, with an optional right-hand mounting bracket included.

When the receiver is armed and the gate or door is opened, the siren and strobe operate for the selected duration. The alarm can also be manually triggered using the SOS button on the remote, which is useful for security, medical, or visibility purposes. In SOS mode, the siren stays latched ON until manually turned off.

The outdoor receiver is powered via a 12 V plug-in transformer with waterproof cable entry, and additional indoor chime receivers can be added for notifications inside the building.

Adjustable Siren Duration:
Set via internal dip-switches, the siren & strobe can operate for:

• 1, 3, 10, 15, 20, or 30 seconds/minutes

• Latched ON (until disarmed via remote)

Outdoor Receiver Features:

• 2 channels, each supporting up to 4 Protect 800 sensors (PIRs, vehicle probes, MT transmitters, gate contacts, or bird box PIRs)

• Each channel can trigger separate 12 V outputs with independently set durations

• Example uses: siren for 20 s, floodlight for 10 min
