1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) are processed within 1–2 working days. Weekends & UK public holidays excluded.

5. Missed or Failed Delivery
Couriers leave a card or email for re-delivery or collection. Wrong addresses may incur extra re-shipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Report within 10 business days beyond expected delivery with photos (if damaged) to sales@barriersandbollard.co.uk.
7. International Duties
Buyers outside the UK bear any customs or tax charges imposed by their authorities.
