Our Loading Bay Protectors are built to provide durable impact protection in busy warehouse and industrial environments. Made from recycled solid black rubber, these wall-mounted guards effectively absorb impacts from vehicles, forklifts, and general warehouse traffic, helping prevent costly structural damage.
Each unit measures 500 mm (L) × 150 mm (W) × 100 mm (D), delivering broad coverage and long-lasting performance. The solid rubber construction resists wear and fading, maintaining a professional appearance over time.
Installation is quick and adaptable — the guards can be mounted vertically or horizontally using four bolts (not included), offering flexibility to suit various layouts. For added security, optional expansion bolts (pack of 20) are available.
Sold in batches of 10 units, these protectors provide reliable coverage for loading bays, dock areas, and warehouse walls. Designed for demanding industrial conditions, our rubber loading bay guards offer a practical, long-term safety solution to minimize impact damage and improve site efficiency.

Our barriers and bollards are crafted from high-strength steel, galvanised or powder-coated metal, and durable polymers to ensure long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. These materials provide excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, and general wear.
Care:
- Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Inspect regularly for scratches, dents, or corrosion.
- Touch up paint or protective coatings if needed to maintain durability and appearance.
- For moving or locking parts, ensure they are lubricated periodically to maintain smooth operation.
