Our Racking Impact Guards are built to deliver strong, dependable protection for racking systems, machinery, and equipment in busy warehouse and industrial environments. Designed for indoor use, these guards help prevent structural damage caused by forklifts and other moving vehicles.
Each unit measures 160 mm x 160 mm and is available in three height options: 400 mm, 800 mm, and 1200 mm, allowing flexible coverage for different protection zones. Constructed from durable 6 mm steel sheets (5 mm for 400 mm height), they offer excellent impact absorption and long-lasting performance.
The guards feature a zinc-primed and RAL 1021 yellow painted finish for corrosion resistance and a bright, professional appearance. Black pre-applied safety markings improve visibility, ensuring operators remain aware of racking edges and reducing the risk of accidental collisions.
Installation is quick and secure using base plates, allowing adaptable placement to match site layouts. Engineered for durability and workplace safety, our Racking Impact Guards provide reliable impact protection and help maintain efficient, damage-free warehouse operations.
Material:
Our barriers and bollards are crafted from high-strength steel, galvanised or powder-coated metal, and durable polymers to ensure long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. These materials provide excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, and general wear.
Care:
- Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Inspect regularly for scratches, dents, or corrosion.
- Touch up paint or protective coatings if needed to maintain durability and appearance.
- For moving or locking parts, ensure they are lubricated periodically to maintain smooth operation.
